Does rising demand mean an asset is a good investment?

No. High or rising search interest often reflects hype and can peak near market tops, while fading interest can mean an asset has gone quiet, not that it is bad. Use demand as one directional input, alongside fundamentals, costs and your own goals. It is educational information, not financial advice.

Which assets are shown?

The classes with reliable, comparable search data: gold, silver, cryptocurrency, REITs, index funds, mutual funds and the US dollar. Some assets, such as Bitcoin specifically, are restricted in the underlying data source and are not shown separately yet.
